In my posting re: 'Kita Wants To Be The Main Opposition", I inadvertently typing ROC (Registrar of Companies) when I touched on the registration issue of Kita. It should be ROS (Registrar of Societies instead ... It's my inadvertent error & I apologise for that.
Moving on it was reported in NST @ 1/2/2011 at page 31 that Kazakhtan's constitutional council rejected a referendum to extend President Nursultan Nazarbayev's rule until 2020. Reason for the rejection is that it does not comply with the constitution...
Fine but it was reported in the TV3 8 o'clock news @ 2/2/2011 that the Kazakhstan's Parliament had passed a law paving the way for the 70 (Q: How old is Hosni Mubarak anyway?)year old President seeking a re election which would extremely be in his favour!! It's not a surprise as the Kazakhstan's House of Parliament has not even a single opposition seat - this is a truly "1 Kazakhstan" ....
The President had been in power for 20 years and the "rakyat" had only known and became accustomed to the one and only leader/President Nursultan since the independence from the Soviet Union.
Now is the year 2011 and by the 2020, what would happen to the uranium rich plus other industrial metals & oil Kazakhstan? .... What a pity!!!
